Unfortunately, Joaquin is getting a lot of hate now on X (Twitter) for withdrawing from the Haynes film. The rumored explanation is that he got “cold feet”, but there seems to be something missing from this story.

on instagram a fan acct is saying he dindt pull out and showed a pic from the film..so who really knows? this was posted from indiewire. They shouldnt hate on him. thats just bs.. he may have gotten "cold feet" depending on how it messed with ihs mental health U never know. so. if i find out anything. i will post. Hi Mystaria - Just to let you know that photo is from Beau is Afraid.
I think what DotheSnowAngel was trying to say is, if Joaquin got cold feet about doing gay scenes, then why did he do a bathtub nude scene with a guy in BIA.
Anyway, there's been speculation, God Forbid, that something bad happened in the Phoenix Family itself. Rain was posting cryptic, sad quotes about death and transition in her Instagram stories the past 2 days.
It could be a complete coincidence too and nothing to do with JP leaving the Haynes film suddenly.
