Ah ha ha, I can imagine him saying it! Kitten, what do you think? Do you agree with me and joy? Or do you think he's saying something completely different!On a side note, his nails look pretty short in these pictures. I remember him saying he bites his nails. What does everyone else think?

Yes, justme, I think Joaquin chews his nails and always has done.
Maybe he's thinking about his nails in the photo...."blimey, I must get a manicure!" 
Haha!....I don't think Joaquin would say "blimey".

He says the MF word a lot too. It's kind of second nature to him.
I don't think we have this on the forum, do we? The Best Actor part starts at 50.53 - a nice tribute to Joaquin.
Joaquin's acceptance speech starts a few minutes later...

Yeah, he does use those words a lot! He always has done-I reckon it is just second nature to Joaquin! Yeah, Kitten, he's always bitten his nails. He tried to give up smoking once years ago and he joked that now he just ate his thumbs instead! So he seems to bite them more when he doesn't smoke. But yeah, he bites his nails. I love that speech, Joy-I remember watching the ceremony. He deserved that recognition-it's nice to see that no matter how unusual he's considered, he's really respected in the industry and that most people seem to have really nice things to say about him.

I love that they recognize his amazing talent enough to nominate him. I just wish he would win one! He really deserves it. but then again some of the best people never do win one. It took Meryl Streep like 17 nominations to win an Oscar finally! Hope it won't take him that long to win tho! I do think he really deserved to win for Gladiator and Walk The Line:( xoxoxoo
