Hi Fedupandstressed,
It's very early days on this... Joaquin isn't even confirmed as cast! He's only down as an 'ideal' candidate for a role by the people behind the development  ... he might not have even been approach about the project! We'll just have to wait and see!
I remember Season 1 of True Detective was about 8 episodes long, each around 1 hour in length... so it's quite a lot of filming for the actors!  |

I have read and old chat of you about a supposed twitter account of Joaquin Phoenix... I was laughing till die  I wouldn't be surprised if he was the same who did this freak account... it fit on him this kind of things
