Some guy thinks he's filmed Joaquin dressed as The Joker in a New York pizzeria! 
I must say there is a likeness!  Could be a young Robin Williams too!

It does look like Robin Williams underneath the make up but i must say Oh Dear lord! I would have loved to have seen Joaquin in this series tho!! Batman is my fave;) xoxoxo loved the Batman and Robin tv show growing up too.:(
