I just finished watching the Joker for the second time, and wow. You did such a fantastic job portraying what it would be like to live in that state. I can't even imagine the mental state you must be in for such periods of time to him so well. The sacrifices that you make to play these roles to as well as you do must have effects on your personal life as well. We can't even begin to imagine the time and preparation that goes into your job. Not to mention the physical toll it takes on your body. Seeing you in the physical form you were in during that movie was eye-opening. Not to mention the mental toll that portraying such a character has. You take on that mental state as a choice for our entertainment. Thank you. You've taken on very controversial roles throughout your career and continue to do so without paying mind to the critics. That is a very admirable trait to have, one that we could all take on. Again your portal of the Joker was amazing, The schene where you've just arrived back to your apartment and break down in tears (masked as laughter)... WOW. I can't believe you were able to achieve that, able to produce that. How the laughs you delivered carried such pain. It just goes to show how dedicated you are to your craft and that you're truly willing to take on the persona of whatever character you're playing. You are a man that gives his all to deliver the best performance possible, and we thank you for it. You're acting in the movie her again was phenomenal. The way you're able to show such emotion and pain while a camera is aimed at you and people surround you. The way you're able to lock completely into your element and deliver such a beautiful performance. The pain your voice carries in the conversations with the AI and the love/excitement. Amazing, your performance makes that movie what it is. The extent to which you've mastered your craft is phenomenal, truly phenomenal. Only a few of us ever reach that level of mastery in our professions, and you are one of the few to do it. You take on roles to movies that could be offensive or beyond some people's imagination, and you play them to a T. Thank you for the movies you have put out up to this point and the work that may come in the future. nwillson2@student.gsu.edu
