What was the book JP was reading in I'm Still Here?

There was a scene where he was reading what sounded like a Dr. Seuss book about DREAMS. At least it sounded just like a Dr. Seuss poem. It was a green hard cover book. Only I have never heard it before, and want desperately to know what it is. Does anyone have any idea?
